The brief: To determine the strengths and weaknesses of the client and how it is benchmarked against competitors in various industrial sectors and geographical areas worldwide.
The method: 200 telephone interviews conducted in Europe, China and North America among customers and non-customers in 6 distinct industrial sectors.
The result: We identified that the client was not meeting a key customer need which was causing it to lose business. It subsequently implemented a strategy to correct this situation.
